Haven't heard her solo stuff, but I enjoyed The Dresden Dolls when I saw them, fun band, well executed.

she's the weak link in her band
when she opens her mouth I want to punch it.
I don't get what people see in her
and I've seen that band a couple times.

Her vocals definitely aren't fantastic, but she can play the hell out of the piano and as far as I know, she writes most (if not all) of the songs - that must count for something.
Brian is an amazing drummer.

generally, I find that the average person who likes the D. Dolls are girls who still act like teenagers.
Yes, this includes floodmatt.
aggroculture (backwards) could probably get laid at a Dolls show.

She was extremely precious when she appeared on Spicks & Specks. Couldn't stop lifting her skirt and giving off the whole "Ooh, look at me look at me, I'm cute but edgy! Look at my tattooed eyebrows!".
Get stuffed, Amanda.

I saw them support NIN and I didn't see anything to hate. Quite enjoyed them if I remember correctly.
