His sharp/quick turn added to the surrealism. The whole seemed like a bizare psuedo shoot too and the words from vince to Bret just before the nutshot were definitely heartfelt.

the crowd (myself included) really wanted them to hate each other

but they had to move shawn out of the way right away, that was a good way of doing it

If the Edge Y2J fued doesn't go to WM, I'd like to see UT, HBK and Y2J in a 3 way elimination.

But this was horrible.

I saw Daybreakers the other day. Pretty awesome. Very much the anti-Twilight/True Blood

Oh man, I HATED Silent Hill. I nearly walked out, but for some reason thought it might get better or end well.

Nasty, humourless, pitiful little film with no redeeming qualities.

Have you read the book? It's even better.

Very good doc
Not a dull moment
Best end credit song choice since "Road to Nowhere" in Religulous

This was OK, bit of a Event Horizon/Aliens mishmash

This was pretty lame. Even Vinnie Jones was miscast, pointless.

Saw Daybreakers, excellent sociology and interesting premise, let down by cheap scares and Vampire cliche pondering. It didn't even bother explaining "what our Vampires" do and went down the tried and tested "virus" deus ex. Highlight? Defoe's vamp scene, but it's too short. After watching it, I really wanted a movie starring Defoe as a vamp in a 50s roadster, that would be awesome.

It's set up to be a franchise, which we don't need. And at one point, Ethan Hawke starts looking like Han Solo, which is just weird.

I reckon The Road was a pretty good adaptation, though somehow I don't think any director could capture just how bleak the book felt.
