Now that I think about it, all of the maintenance men at my apartment complex are white men.

I have yet to figure out who is in charge of cleaning up the doggy doo when people who are too sorry to clean up after their dogs.
My neighbors have the biggest rottweiler I think I have ever seen.
They don't clean up after he takes these MASSIVE cow patty dumps near our front doors.
The waste bags and container are only across the freakin' parking lot!

I'd rather have people's dogs take shits on other people's yards...then atleast I know they walk their dog. The couple across from us have a dog I've seen it outside ONCE when it got out a few years back. It just stays in the back yard

Most of the time it's not even on a leash.
They only walk downstairs and let it use the bathroom at the
corner of our apartments and go right back upstairs with him.
