IMAX 3-D films

What's your favorite?

I just saw my first IMAX a few hours ago [The new Harry Potter] and I couldn't believe what I was watching. I literly swatted at the screen because the flying ghoul horses were getting too close to my dick. It was like what I thought hologram TV was going to be like when I was a kid.

I never wanted to see Nightmare Before Christmas again but I would pay $15 to see an episode of the Golden Girls if it was done in this kind of 3D

Haven't been to one in years. Did some of those made-for-imax ones years ago (antarctic and shit) as well as the 3d ones they've got up at the gold-coast theme parks. They were fun but nothing to really write home about (cept for one about aviation that had you feel like you were launching off a cliff). But im not much one for cinema-going. I should get back into it, but theres so few films released I can honestly say i'd enjoy more on the big screen.

I saw this Grand Canyon IMAX film, while visiting the Grand Canyon. Very American.

Thanks for bringing up the movie I was supposed to go see in IMAX with my Tennessee manfriend before he ripped out my heart and sprinkled in on his Cheerios.

I'm sure he came out the loser in this scenario.

Just caught Nightmare Before Christmas in 3-D

It rocked my asshole off!!!

The effects don't pop as crazy when it's going over an old film but it was still pretty beautiful

It looks awful, and I will never watch it.

I was interested in the idea of it about a year ago, but the previews do nothing for me.

There's better animation in games.

Yes, I belive there is. I dont play games, but Ive seen animation just as good, if not better, in commercials. Here they have top actors and a naked Angelina, and they destroy it by using animation? Give me a break.

The naked Angelina was pure CGI, literly. They gave her the figure she had during Tomb Raider plus a perfectly rounded ass.

The movie would have been the worst thing I've seen in forever except for the fact that it was in 3D. It was so fucking sweet. The best film I've seen since the last 3D.

I hear Hanna Montana is going to have a concert film in 3D soon. I'm going to be the first in line.

BTW this was Crispins best- he stole the film by a light year

Coraline started out pretty bland but the second half was 3D bliss
There's a scene with 100 jumping mice that's worth the price alone

there's an imax just a few blocks from here, but they never get the major releases.
apparently imax has some rule about not showing big hits in more than one theatre within a certain area..... which, i guess i could understand if the other theatre wasn't an hour and a half away from here.

i wanted to see speed racer in there.

My first 3-D IMAX experience was a Michael Jackson video for Remember the Time.

3-D Michael coming "right at my balls." Still love him.

Saw Nightmare before Christmas in 3-D, wasn't as good as the Michael Jackson one.

I think they're starting to overflow the movie business with mediocre superhero-y movies.
