dessert, desert dessaaaart:

2 bananas
1 bottle of Leffe Belgaian beer
1/2 carrot (grated)
1 tbsp of brown sugar
curry
turmeric
cinnamon
garam masala
butter

boil the beer with sugar, spices, banana and grated carrot (additional fruit will most likely be tasty).
Serve luke warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream and a couple of mint leaves.
