ive seen the melvins live open for fantomas like 5 yrs back. cant tell u how good fantomas was. my buddy joel was videotaping it with an old hard tape digital media camera. soundguy caught him, demanded his tape, and then kicked homeboy out the club. pure bullshit. they'll have to break one of my limbs to get MY fuckin media..spit on the soundmans face runnin out the club

the melvins are a special breed for me. i cant say really i care for them too much. jesus lizard is more of my style. much of this may be that after years of hearing abuse, im a bitch about my hearing. ill leave a club because its too loud and i forgot my earphones. the melvins were prob the loudest band ive ever seen, forgot the plugs dumbass. stood in the back to avoid that shit. them and dalek brutalize decibels. take fucking care of your hearing people! sure ur gonna start loosing it when u turn 60 but take care them shits! recommend me a melvins album to change my mind someone please

I know my answer is going to be "wrong" and "right", all over
and this is like picking my favorite pringle out of the can, BUT...
I think either houdini or stoner witch (or both). those seem to be
the 2 common threads among a majority of the fans I have interacted with.
then again, there is a lot to eat up, gag at, or walk away from.

I wouldn't recommend the walking away without a steady diet of pinches at the very least.

in case of emergency, dale crover is one of my favorite drummers on the planet.
